- Booking Confirmation: The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (if applicable) and written confirmation from the event hall management.
- Payment Terms: Full payment must be made by the due date specified in the invoice. Any additional services requested during the event will incur extra charges.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the event date. Any cancellations made after this period may incur a penalty fee.
- Damage and Liability: The event organizer is responsible for any damage caused to the property or equipment during the event. The management is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
- Compliance with Regulations: The event must comply with all local regulations, including noise restrictions, capacity limits, and health and safety guidelines.
- Use of Venue: The hall is to be used solely for the purpose stated in this booking form. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
- Force Majeure: The management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or government regulations.
